Recently, a few of the clips wore out and Tomas Cruz spent some time replacing them for me.i really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I am very pleased with my dealings with Fasada Windows. Tom was very professional as he visited to measure the widows and prepare a quote.Their quote was the most competitive of three. The vinylbilt window is a quality product and a Canadian company. The windows were delivered within the estimated time frame and installed immediately. The installation crew, Tony and Rich, were also professional, friendly and cleaned up inside and out as they were installing. The entire operation deserves a well done ! And I would have no problem recommending them to my friends. In fact, I already have.
