Esso is a convenient gas station and car wash located on the north east corner of Upper Middle Rd and Third Line, accessible from both streets. It's a popular spot to fill up and get a car wash, with the added bonus of a discount on car washes with a minimum gas purchase of $5. While occasional pump outages may occur, usually late at night, the wait is typically brief or can be avoided by visiting nearby gas stations. The customer service is also exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready with a smile or a witty remark.
The kindest and most generous staff I found here. I had car wash today and my car did not start right when it was my turn. The other 3 cars behind me had to leave. Their kind staff came and helped getting my car started and then got the car wash done. Thank you so much.
Updating my review - I had an issue at this gas station but I met with the clerk recently. He actually apologized to me which was really kind and remembered who I was.
Kindness/apologizing goes a long way!
Caution. **. I pressed receipt. Didn't get any. Don't know what I pressed next and it asked me how much I wanted to fill. I quickly cancelled to make sure the home page was visible. Note to self. After completing transaction, make sure the home page opens up before you leave
