I did not feel pressured and overall it was a very pleasant experience. When I picked up the car he was very good explaining all the new (to me) technology. My overall purchase experience was very good and I can only recommend Andrew and the dealership. Love my new red CX5!

John was friendly, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and more importantly NOT overly pushy. I would highly recommend Budd’s Oakville Mazda and seek out John Lai.

Joseph gave us all the information we needed about the car and answered any questions we had and He stayed late a couple of times to help us.
