My auto was delivered to Budds’ after an accident for repair. I experienced nothing but hurdles from my insurance company, but Wesley Lum from Budds’ . Wesley went above and beyond and advocated for me at every turn. Wesley also answered all my calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. Wesley is an exceptional representative for Budds’. I am very grateful to him.
Although you never want to have to go to a collision repair shop, my experience with Budds' was excellent. The repair itself was flawless, but the customer service was what exceeded my expectations.
