I really appreciate their performance and quick process for my first time oil change experience!All the staff are very kind, helpful and experienced.They even have a complimentary uber service for customers! Definetely recommended!

Great service from person taking my call when I book my service appointment to receptionist when i picked up my car. Everyone at Budds treats you like a customer should be treated.Casandra, my service advisor is always friendly and professional, she explains what is required to be done and what maintenace I should condsider doing in the near future, Casandra has always provided great customer experience. Even though my 320i is close to 12 years old, I always take it to Budds BMW Oakville.
