As a nurse I have always joked at pay negotiations.... just give me Plummer's rate! Well turns out I don't know any service that can cost 1000 an hour. That's what I was just charged for one hour of drain cleaning. Resulting in my poor review.But since the company has reached out. My issue was not with the work done or the workmen simply the price. After all they advertise'The guys in the green trucks, save you big bucks!'Job quotes verses hourly rates need to lineup. I do appreciate this was taken into consideration, and the matter resolved soon. Lynda McC.

Today I had an amazing service visit. The technician fixed the issue with the water softener, explained why it happened so that I can fix it myself in the future. He also noticed that my HVAC system had become dislocated from the wall and organised a service visit. WOW. This is excellent service.
