They are awesome!My brother and I went there to purchase a phone plan for him (as a newcomer to the country) and despite the processing system was so complicated and I enter the store just before the closing, the associate (Nate) spend about almost 2 hours to follow up and set up the plan for me which was really appreciatable.Also, he was so professional and apologized a lot for the waiting time instead of offering me another day to compelete it!Highly recommended: expert, proffessional and polite.

I went there yesterday to take out a new Iphone plan and the customer service was elite. They gave me many benefits, including a gift card that they didn't have to, they were busy but remained very friendly and did everything to ensure I got the best deal. This was the best customer service I've ever had taking out a phone plan.
