From start to end, I had THE BEST experience at Beloved. Dyana listened and advised with so much honesty and care. She allowed me to send pictures via text of what I had in mind and she then explained how the look could be achieved. She didn't sugar-coat or make false promises. In the end, I was beyond happy with my colour. There is one more step to go before the look I'm hoping for is achieved, and I can't wait to be back at Beloved. I don't usually enjoy having my hair done, as it can be so time-consuming (I have thick wavy/curly hair), but I truly am looking forward to my next appointment! This was my first experience with the salon and I absolutely loved it and plan to go back very soon. I had an event I needed my hair styled for and Sam did a fantastic job. I left feeling beautiful 😊
