I have been going to this spa for over 8 years. Love all their services. I used to see Biata but she is not there anymore. However, Jessica is equally as wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Each and every visit has been 5 stars. The service, cleanliness, professionalism and expertise is unparalleled. Their facials are my favourite and better than the ones I've had at the Four Seasons.

Beauty Institute and Spa gives you an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment you walk in and receive the warm welcome from the staff at the front to the amazing treatment from everyone else that is providing your treatment/service. I have indulged at several services at the spa (manicure, pedicure, facial, massages). Each service was a great experience. The staff are friendly and very accommodating at all times. My particular favourite is massage with Kathy. It is the most relaxing experience ever and I always leave feeling better, more relaxed and ready to face whatever comes my way. Welcome to The Beauty Institute and Spa. The team is made up of experienced aestheticians dedicated to provide the newest, revitalizing beauty treatments using the highest quality products in a serene environment. We offer a complete range of spa services including facial treatments, nail care, hair removal and massage therapy. We are best known for our Advanced Signature Rejuvenation treatments including Dermaroller Micro-needling (approved by Health Canada), our signature non-invasive microdermabrasion alternative treatment called Jet Peel, the Oxygeneo Super Facial, Virtual Mesotherapy, and Photofacial with IPL. Many of these treatments involve zero downtime and promise immediate results.
