Furthermore, the technicians that they sent for the installation of our new unit, Dallas and Randy, were extremely professional, helpful, friendly and went over and above to make sure that we knew how to work our new thermostat. Highly recommend. I sent a message requesting an appointment on Sunday night for possibly Monday or sometime during the week. Received a phone call right at 9:00 am with an appointment for 11. Service technician, Lucas, came promptly with a constructive, positive and kind disposition. He didn't try to oversell me anything and gave me some good feedback. We will need a new system soon and we will definitely be calling these guys again. Prompt reply. Friendly customer service. Very efficient and kind. Great job!
