After reporting a concern with my furnace dehumidifier, I received a follow-up call and service was dispatched immediately. The issue was resolved in short order. Customer Service representative, Giovanna Sottile was very tentative to my concerns and listened to my problem. In the end, there was an underlying issue that could have gone unnoticed if not for A1 listening to their customers and the excellent assessment performed by Robert. An A+ for A1!
I have used the services of A1 Air Conditioning & Heating to install a furnace and A/C unit in my last two houses. Most recently, they were able to install the next day. The sales rep and installation crews were professional, friendly, and prompt. I would highly recommend this company.
What a GREAT installation of a furnace at mom’s home in Oakville this morning! Technicians Mine P and Hydden did a wonderful job! — arrival on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, very neat and tidy. Also Frank in sales was a carbon copy, exactly the same, as well any communication with the office was easy, friendly and informational.THANKS TO ALL!
