A-1 is my "go to" HVAC company, always. They are prompt at returning calls, they are prepared, they will do their best to come earlier if they can. I booked last night late (on line) and gave A-1 as much detail as I could so they knew what to look for. My A/C wasn't working. The technician (Samir P.) came a day early...bless his heart! I asked questions, he explained. He showed me what he was doing so I got a lesson on A/C workings. Very thorough, very personable and respectful. I always receive great service. I called for after hours service January 28, 2021 and was immediately connected with someone. After a brief explanation a service tech came right away. My furnace wasn’t heating the house and the service tech, Teo, fixed everything. He explained the issues, there were a few, replaced the filter, and did some general maintenance and cleaning. He took time and care to make sure I understood everything he was doing, suggested preventative maintenance, and even called/texted the next day to make sure everything was running and we were happy.
