An older lady was doing my nail, the application was flawless but when it was time for my design that's when everything went wrong, this lady couldn't even do a simple flower let alone an acrylic flower witch a nail tech should be able to do. My toes are really nice can love them. ns before she did my nails i asked her if she could do it she said yes with confidence. But I'm happy with the application but not my design. And the lady was really ruff with my nails, nail polish application was bumpy she didn't clean up my nails horrible experience... Thy & Anna are very sweet ladies. The other staff not so much. It feels like what you ask for doesn’t really matter and they just do what they want ? And when you actually speak up about it they seem so inconvenienced and annoyed and still don’t listen to what you’re saying!!! Decided to go with someone new today and absolutely hate my nails but maybe that’s a blessing in disguise because that’s the last time I will ever go there to waste my time and money. So many red flags in this place.

Did a pedicure and the lady did my toe cuticles and barely touched the bottom of my feet. She only applied a scrub and told me I was done saying my “feet are soft.” I had to insist that she removed dead skin from my foot…I had blisters that weren’t removed, a lot of rough parts that she never checked for or cared for. After she rinsed and oiled my feet, she then went backwards to complete the steps she missed, doing a careless,fast job. This upset me more because that means I didn’t get the appropriate quality of service from the top to bottom.Van the owner was there and I urged her to come over and look at all the steps that were missed.
