Homestar said my review did not match their criteria when I first posted it. Not sure what else they needed to rate this moving company. I sent the copy of moving bill, all details, my work email, list of items that were lost etc. but this moving company somehow did not get my review attached. If you end up hiring Tender Touch Moving company, make sure take photos of each open box, then close it, number it and take photo, make a list. Otherwise many items will go missing especially if you have moving in scheduled after some time and wherever they store your items may not have proper system in place.
