I looked in several stores, what is great about this place was the relaxed, friendly, and courteous staff, who were there to answer questions, but put absolutely no pressure on me.

Very good experience with Tapis rugs. Was able to find a carpet that met our requirements and found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. Getting the estimate was also painless. Best of all the installation was excellent in what is a very tricky space and end result what we were hoping for.

Sara was great and helped with everything. I saw the stair runner online, within 2 days I had a sample at my door and completing the order was simple. Shaun gave us a flawless install. Thank you both!
