My tire had blown out, and even though David didn’t have the exact same size available, he managed to arrange a suitable tire for me on the same day. The tire shop I had gone to before had installed the wheels and tires incorrectly, and David fixed everything without charging me anything. I’m very grateful to him.
I recently went to Superior Tire to get winter tires for my new Hyundai Elantra. I originally bought a set of rims and some budget Chinese tires (my mistake!). As soon as I hit the highway, the car vibrated terribly — it was almost undrivable at higher speeds. The team at Superior Tire was incredibly helpful and patient. They let me upgrade to a much better set of tires, and even after that, when I still noticed a slight vibration, Shawn went absolutely above and beyond. He took the time to rebalance, rotated, and fine-tune everything until my highway driving was perfectly smooth again. Dave as part of Superior Tire is selling more than just tires and auto parts. He is showing how honesty, good communication and taking the client’s perspective work together to keep the car and the passenger safe on his/her wheels. Service needs to be valued and I trust and value this place.
