I noticed water stains on my dining room ceiling which meant it was comling from my upstairs bathroom. I called Jerry who came and changed the toilet seal hoping that would solve the problem without tearing the ceiling apart. It started to leak again and Jerry was able to pinpoint a pipe leak and repair it with minimal damage. He also referred me to a drywall repairer. I then noticed a clogged sink and Jerry sent his son Mike who fixed that quickly. I would highly reccommend them. Fast, efficient & clean.
Very pleased with Super Rooter and would highly recommend this company. They installed a backwater valve and cleanout and were prompt, professional, thorough and always on time. Answered all of my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. Really nice to interact with honest and experienced professionals who went above and beyond to address the problem and explain what work was needed and the timelines involved. Family- run business who obviously take pride in their work and care about their customers.
These guys are total pros. They have shown up quickly on multiple occasions to solve plumbing issues, and put a camera down our drain at no extra cost. They've even guided me through the process of having the city resolve issues that are on their end. I hope to never need them again... but if I do, they'll be my first call!
