Harleen, has helped me get to place where I am confident I can do the same things I did before my injury last year in June of 2024. I also have more stability in both knees because of the prescribed exercises and stretches. Due to wear and tear on my knee’s that comes with age I need to continue with maintenance which includes proper strengthening exercises and stretching. Thank you, Harleen, for your practical approach and well guided flexible program to get my left knee in particular to the point of stability where I can continue with my physical activities.
