The Staff and envoirment at this storage facility is the greatest and safest experience I ever had. I'm never worried and always feel safe with my belongings. This place goes over and beyond for its clients and makes tou feel like home.
Melina was excellent,so patient and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Outstanding customer service at Safe Storage Depot.
My experience with Melina was EXCELLENT! She is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and accommodating. I will say however that she needs help. I was unable to begin my contract for several weeks because she was the only person working. It was not efficient. If it wasn’t from Melina, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere.
