Payvand and his team did a fantastic job of giving our semi-detached home out of the 1960s a fresh modern look! The project was completed within the timeframe stated and within a reasonable budget. We chose some finishings that were more expensive which increased the final price. But with Payvand's guidance and suggestions we are glad we did. It added to the aesthetic and functionality of the space. The tile work, flooring, electrical, and cabinetry were all done to a high standard. You will not be disappointed. It was a pleasure to work with Payvand - good communication, professional, and courteous. We would hire Rivendell Building Group for future renovations.
I contacted Rivendell Group to remove popcorn ceiling of my new Condo unit, Change lightings,Kitchen tiles, and remove 2nd bedroom Barrier. I couldnt be happier. They had very professional trades, and finished the project earlier than I anticipated. The Unit looks beautiful now! Highly recommend this group.
