We recently moved and decided to hire Rent-a-Son as the closing dates between our two properties were just a couple days apart, involving rather tight timelines. Now that the dust has settled and we’ve unpacked some of our boxes, we are thrilled to take some time to acknowledge the incredible service we received from Rent-a-Son. Simply put, working with Ren-a-Son was the best decision we could have made for our big move. From our initial conversations with Joel to moving day, we could not have been happier with the service. The movers, Fabio, Sean and TJ were especially amazing. Courteous, punctual, efficient and careful with all of our belongings–they were phenomenal and a joy to work with. Fabio, Sean and TJ even managed to finish the move two hours ahead of schedule! We will be recommending Rent-a-Son to everyone we know and want to take this opportunity to thank Fabio, Sean and TJ again for their professionalism, strong work ethic and kindness.
The movers, Cliff, Chris and Julian were fabulous. On time, strong, kind, VERY CARFUL, and respectful. I liked that they did not use their phone while working, that they talked to me and listened to my comments - respectfully friendly. And strong and efficient. No wasted time. Smiles - and "let us get your furniture loaded", not a groan from my boxes and boxes of books. They were just great at their job, and I have now used the three of them twice (my things were stored from a selling, and then delivered to my new home about a month later). The company too were very helpful at all stages - (there was one glitch with the company worked out in less than 15minutes - the phone number given to Cliff, Chris and Julian was a Nova Scotia number and not my Toronto number and so CC&J could not contact me to say "we are here" (at your condo). A RENT A SON person managed to find me and then give CC&J my contact and all went smoothly. And only I was stressed, the CC&J team were relaxed and ready to help (even backed up the truck down a busy down town street!). The team extruded confidence, skill, strength, efficiency and just plain niceness. I had excellent moves because of the movers, CC&J. Thank you.
