This was my second experience at this establishment, so I already was acquainted with the professionalism and expertise of Nurse Sarah. I went in with the idea of getting some lip filler to smooth out some smokers lines. Sarah suggested that I consider spending my budgeted money on an alternative treatment. I willingly put myself in her capable hands, and I am so glad I did. I've been plagued with heavy bags under my eyes and thought blepheroplasty was my only choice. I discovered Refresh MD Spa on Groupon and was initially hesitant to try Botox since it was my first experience. However, after reading numerous positive reviews, I felt more comfortable proceeding. During my appointment, Nurse Sarah thoroughly explained the entire process to me and reassured me about what to expect.
I am extremely pleased with the results! My job requires me to make many forehead expressions, which led to the development of deep wrinkles on my forehead and between my eyebrows. As you can see in the photos, those wrinkles are no longer an issue! I want to thank both nurses who assisted with my procedure. I will definitely return!

I just had a wonderful appointment with Sarah, and she did an amazing job on my lips! I originally had made an appointment for half a syringe but for the results I wanted, I switched to a full syringe. Sarah was able to accommodate a little more time even though I was the last appointment of the day, (and a snow storming brewing none the less). Sarah really listens to your needs and is so meticulous with her work to ensure you get the results you want. She preserved my cupids bow and gave me beautiful heart shaped lips.
