I was working from home and my a/c broke in the height of summer2020. I called David, he advised me the freon in my a/c was being phased out and instead of having to spend the money to fix it he explained plainly to me it would be cheaper/better long term to buy a newer efficient unit. I felt he was genuine and honest.
