Recently discovered just how nice it is to have support for all my remotely deployed employees. I can breath easy now and not have to drive all over the city just to give someone a new mouse. I highly recommend anyone with remote employees to get some kind of support.

Onyx gives us peace of mind. They provide encrypted back and data restoration capability alongside a secure VPN tunnel facility. A lot more than expectations!

Onyx Cloud team managed IT services really well. I was really worried about the backup issue among other things like disaster recovery. Now that they addressed everything and created a roadmap, I can focus on my business without worrying about cloud storage issues.
