This is a corrupt organization- claimed to be part of the government mandate updating water heaters to trick you into a contract. The water heater was faulty and had to be replaced. They proceeded to put me through to collections to pay for the faulty water heater I had to replace. The case has been closed 3 times, I have moved and they keep reopening it and harassing me everyday 3 years later for payment. Companies like this need to be closed down.

They called us yesterday informing us they would come to our address to provide a "free" service check for our water heater and was insistent. My husband told them no, but they kept insisting until we told them we'd call the police for trespassing. I need to emphasize they want to unnecessarily enter someone's home **DURING A PANDEMIC** in order to try to scam clients. I can't imagine how many seniors (who are extremely vulnerable to COVID) they've visited to scam them out of money AND risk exposing them to a deadly disease. The government of Ontario needs to look into this!

You have to be aware of this company about their business practices, their misrepresentation, and discrimination. I first contacted to look into options to buy out. They said I am not on the contract (since I took over the water heater from prior property owner) and I have to change the title through my lawyer. 2nd time I contacted them to schedule free annual maintenance check. They said they are busy and I have to call back in 4 days. After I told them many times the maintenance check is part of contract and I can call any time between Jan and August, they asked me to find someone in the household who can better understand English.
