Amazing service. NYD took me in as an emergency patient and from Sharon (front desk staff) to Leone (Manager) made me feel comfortable and all the paperwork was completed quickly so that I could see Dr. Madani to assess my tooth and assist with my pain. Seeing Dr. Madani for the first time, she clearly explained what she was doing, course of treatment, and follow-up to put me in ease during the visit. Best of all, after seeing Dr. Madani, I was pain free and all the benefit paperwork had already been completed and submitted on my behalf. I would definitely recommend NYD for the fast, efficient and professional service and courteous, kind and caring staff to any one looking for a dentist or in need of one. You now have a new patient for your files.
This dental office has been taking care of me and my teeth for over 30 years, and although the staff has changed over the years, the level of care has never wavered and remains exceptional.
