We purchased a new home and NIK was contracted through the builder to deliver the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. There were some issues with the design and installation. Anthony, the owner came onsite twice to inspect the problems and had them corrected. Very responsive and concerned about customer satisfaction. Thank you to Anthony for his time and expertise with our bathroom cabinetry. Met with warm reception, Anthony was always available when we needed design advise and response time was quick. Very professional with care to attention and detail ensuring customer satisfaction.The installers were top notch. They were very respectful of our home when delivering and moving around our home to install the cabinets. Recently moved to Innisfil into a home with pre-existing builder’s kitchen cabinets. Not the most expensive type but build sturdy and perfectly so no reasons to replace them, however they badly needed an addition. Upon inspecting the cabinets we found NIK logo on all drawers, therefore we contacted the company . A company that signs their work means they stand by their products and they are proud of them. Got in contact with Anthony, who was professional, detailed and , even if overwhelmed with projects, took my ( small) order too.
