It was Boxing Day and we were on the 401 heading to Kitchener for a family gathering when suddenly our car started wobbling very badly in the front end. We Googled the closest garage, found Midas on Wilson Road, called them, and they said they were about to close, but they'd stay open to take us. We got there (very slowly) and, sure enough, we got there past their Boxing Day closing time and they took us in. The manager was a lovely, patient guy who really took the time to understand and explain the problem and never made us feel bad for keeping them open. Had a great experience at Midas on Wilson. The team took care of my car properly and kept everything transparent from start to finish. No games, no pressure — just solid work and good communication. I appreciated how fast they got everything done, especially with the amount of work I needed.

This Midas location operates completely in a professional way. I have all my car needs done from the Wilson Ave location. Never had to question anything. I have an older car, and they always treat me and the car with respect. Very satisfied and I trust the owner and the other mechanics. I have gone there for years.
