Each step of hiring Lux Door Ltd to fix several broken condo windows went smoothly and the entire interaction was incredibly professional and efficient. Beni arrived for a quote of condo windows a day after speaking on the phone. He was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and very hard working as he assessed the issues that we knew existed as well as several surprises along the way. He offered a quote on Tuesday and booked a time to fix the windows for the very next day - calling to confirm time of arrival for each appointment.
