It was hard navigating with many brokers that I visited. Once I spoke to Renat he made me very comfortable and guided me through every step of the way.

Having just closed my first deal Renat, I can say that a working on the lender side for 15 plus years that he works in a diligent and professional manner. From getting the commitment out to getting a complete file and funded was quick and smooth and would recommend his services to any potential borrowers looking for a mortgage broker to assist them.
