Ray was excellent to deal with. I contacted a few independent data recovery places and he was by far the most straight forward, reasonably priced and curious to deal with. Would recommend.

Went to Johnny to get my laptop charging port repaired and also the ram upgraded, super fast, great communication, will definitely be back in the future for any of my computer needs.
