Technician came late as a result of issues with his previous install. I understand issues can happen. A better communication protocol would have help. Instead of not knowing when things will happen is not a good experience. The HomeStar acknowledged the issue and hopefully my feedback will improve the experience of other clients. On the positive note, the technician didn't rush through the job and took time to ensure everything is done properly. I updated my Star rating from 1 to 4 because the company did respond to me and the technician did a good job.
I recently got an heat pump installed and the service I received from Mehdi and Hosain was excellent they walked me through everything how to set up the smart thermostats the height of the heat pump they also gave me the best options of where to place the heat pump, these guys were very professional I highly recommend them coming and servicing your home at any point in time. Great job, so great I don't think I'll be seeing them again because they did such a great job thank you so much.
