Got a massage and facial done by Christine and Arianne. I was very satisfied with both services as each service provider helped deal with my concerns such as neck/back pain and dry skin. Will come again :)
My latest visit was a couple of days ago. The location is nice and clean, the receptionist was friendly and pleasant. The therapist, Jocelyn, was very nice and professional, knowledgeable, and I felt very good after the massage session. Thank you to Jocelyn and to all at Hand & Stone!
I want to give a shout out to Tanya at the front desk. I went in yesterday to get my mom a serum for her Christmas gift and Tanya's customer service was unmatched. She was warm, friendly, attentive, very helpful, and her vibe and smile were genuine. I've been to this location a few times for massages and a facial and it's always been a great experience. From phone calls to the actual service everyone is always so welcoming but the experience I had with Tanya yesterday was so refreshing and really stood out to me, to the point that I had to write this review!
