This business did exactly what they said they would do. They fixed the transmission at a price they promised. Then they charged me $105.00 dollars less than the estimate. Wow! Highly recommend! Thanks to the owner (Derrick) and the ladies in the front office.

Five stars all the way! Derrick and Alessandra were super nice and professional from start to finish. A transmission rebuild is a major deal, so I was, of course, nervous in all respects. But they made me feel at ease- Derrick with his extensive knowledge and thorough explanation of all of the many details I needed to know about the process (before, during and after the job), and Alessandra with her warmth and professionalism in the office with the paperwork- even being kind enough to have me use their computer when my phone wasn't able to access things I needed to. Derrick and Alessandra were both very kind and accommodating people. They came in on a Saturday to see my car, and Derrick was very thorough and helpful in explaining everything he was talking about (while seeming very knowledgeable). The diagnostic was very fairly priced, and they even offered to credit the amount spent on that to a repair there if I ended up needing one. Derrick was able to determine that the transmission was not the issue and point me in the right direction. All in all, I would highly recommend this place if you're having any transmission related issues! They seem fair, honest, and competitively priced.
