We have been customers of free energy for over 50 years, a few new furnaces, air conditioners they have always been there for us, but the last two days changing from oil to gas was a very big decision on our part. I’m getting a new furnace and air conditioner. At the same time it seemed in my mind, a hard work but they pulled it off in less than two days. All the old is out all the new is in. We have heat tonight and it smells beautiful in here. My home is clean. My grounds are clean and they did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them for anyone they’re there when you need them. I recently requested my oil tank to be removed, Frew Energy is very responsive, they quickly sent Steve to assess and provide quote in the same day, the price is reasonable and even got discount. Steve is very nice and reliable, arranged the work efficiently. At the day of working, the crew Jim, Ray, Brandon are amazing, they got the job quickly done, cleaned the site, put a lot of consideration for the place. They are very polite and kind, extended their help to remove one old oil bin. I'm very grateful for their great service!

Peter goes above and beyond to listen to and resolving any service/safety concerns and/or boiler problems for which his customers,, might have, especially with seniors like us.
He has excellent customer service skills, by being patient, punctual and personable. We have been loyal customers for decades and believe he does Frew Energy proud!
