My appointment time was respected, I even got called early. Great service, friendly staff. Answered my questions. Quick and efficient. I would come back to this location if need be.
All Examiners in Toronto Metro East location are incredibly helpful and amazing both of my kids they passed their G exams in Metro East location and they always remember the Examiners who were nice and helpful. Nowadays I see there new people like Tania,Dania if I remember their names correctly who have very good customer service and communication skills, Kiso, Chris and many other. Of course you need to drive very good and your performance should be outstanding in order to pass but if you have good driving skills you are going to pass even in such a difficult place like Metro East.Thank you .
The centre was very busy and i see the employees working to take customers back to back, so understandable that the customer service might not be the best, but we were helped by Loureyne, she was so warm and polite despite of the rush time.
She explained everything politely made the process very smooth.
