We recently had a backwater valve installed by DM Plumbing. The husband wife team are very good and work very well together. Their communication is efficient, they are punctual and their work is thorough. They applied for the required permits and the whole process including the inspection was handled by them leaving us stress and hassle free. They tried their best to complete the job with minimal disruption and destruction to our basement. They left our place clean and debris free. We also used their services to clean our pipes, check with cameras and remove roots that were in the pipes. Which also they did and excellent job of.
A sudden heavy rain caused water to seep into the boiler room for the first time in 15 years. I didn't know what to do, so I sent a text message and a photo. Fortunately, this was my first time experiencing heavy rain, and experts told me that there seemed to be no need to worry, which eased my worries. Thank you for your reply while you are busy.
