Catherine is the best! Without a doubt, the guidance she provided during my pregnancy allowed me to have a smooth of a labour as I was able to. Would recommend not waiting until after birth to see her, as her pre-birth resources are extremely helpful. Not to mention her passion for her job. I trust my postpartum care in her very capable hands.

I came to Cornerstone for my lat/shoulder related injury from pull ups. Catherine was my PT and she was exceptional in helping me recover my strength throughout the last few months. She helped diagnose the root of my pain, prescribe me with exercises that target various areas of my shoulder and lats, and progressively increased the difficulty and introduced new exercises throughout my recovery. During each session, she would spend the time to explain to me the biomechanics and also perform manual work to help relieve painful muscle knots.
