Jac is absolutely amazing! Took my infant daughter to pierce her ears today and Jac did the absolute best job ever! She was patient, kind, wonderfully supportive and answered all of my questions. She was thorough, positive and understanding. I could not have asked for anyone better and kinder to pierce my daughters ears. Jac - THANK YOU! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!!!

We came here to get our son's ears pierced. Emily who performed the piercing was very informative and friendly. She made our son feel comfortable and answered all our questions. She was also supportive of any hestitation he may have had, not pressuring us at all.The customer service was really good. Jacqueline who booked the appointment, and Ashanti who was there along with Emily were all really great.I would recommend this location to others.

Me and my cousin did our daughters (5months and 8 months old) ear piercing here at the fairview location. The staff was extremely friendly, joyful, cautious and gentle.There was yet one issue with gun they use, after the click it got stuck in the ear stud with both our daughters. It took few seconds to take it out and a bit pressure. I feel that must have hurt our girls.It should be more smoother, once the stud is in, the gun should leave the stud out smoothly to make the process more painless.
