I had my first appointment at Capelli today. I have been going to see Yasi for over 10 years and I will follow her anywhere. The salon was very impressive and I am so glad Yasi has found a wonderful new home. Thank you for the amazing service! The salon is beautiful and so huge. I will definitely be back!

Came here for a solid color, did I get what I asked for- yes.Was it a completely enjoyable experience… it was very much just ok.I feel like they’re used to catering to an older audience and being younger I felt overlooked. No one offered me coffee, tea or any beverage although I could hear people being offered around me. I had to ask.The wash experience for me was very unfortunate because (I hate to say this) the lady washing be did not smell very good and I was holding my breath most of the time while also getting a small bird bath.Overall, I got what I came here for but nothing over and above that made me feel like as a first time client I would go back.It’s a...read full review

It was my first time at Capelli. I followed Yasi for my colour and Vicki for my cut here from Donato that closed down. First impressions were good! Even the hair washing was nice :) It’s always hard moving salons.
