Capelli Bayview Village is my go to for all my beauty services! Highly recommend this salon for all services offered!! I’m sorry to read that the below review had a negative experience but I find it unfair to misguide any future prospect clients. Therefore I would like to share my positive experience over the years going to Misha for both laser and eyebrow services. Misha is one of the sweetest and most professional stylists I’ve met. She creates a very welcoming and comfortable environment and over the years I have recommended her to everyone I know and we all love her and her work. She is very good at what she does and will always make recommendations to achieve the optimum results for each individual based on many factors such as age, skin condition, and various other factors. Of course we all have our own preferences and at the end of the day she will do what the client wants, but I highly recommend taking her recommendations under advisement if you want to achieved the best results! She may discuss topics like Botox or other beauty treatments (given you are there for a beauty service), but she is simply making recommendations and the ultimate decision is yours should you wish to take her recommendations. I assure you she has nothing to gain other than getting you the best results. Just like any other beauty services, she has very clear forms which you will sign before starting any services that indicate every individual result will vary and that there may be a need for touch ups based on how your skin handles the treatment. I recommend looking at her instagram page where the pictures speak of her amazing work. I have trusted Misha with all of my closest friends and family and I highly recommend her work. Maybe treat yourself to a hair service at Capelli too, you won’t be disappointed!!
Hello, I would like to share my experience with a PhiBrows artist named Misha (phibrows_misha) who works at this Capelli Salon. She performed eyebrow microblading on my mother. Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. Misha was quite rude to my mother, making condescending remarks about her needing Botox. She refused to proceed with the procedure until my mother got Botox, even though her clientele primarily consists of older women. After my mother reluctantly got the Botox, Misha agreed to do her eyebrows. However, she disregarded my mother's preferences. As you see in the picture my mom's eyebrows are so light and patchy.Despite paying $600, my mother still has to fill in her eyebrows daily. I reached out to Misha after my mother's eyebrows healed, as she had advised me to come after 8 weeks for any necessary adjustments. However, she informed me that she would charge my mother again for the corrections. This seemed unreasonable since the initial work was not done properly. When I expressed my unwillingness to pay again, she responded rudely and stated that she would not work on my mother even if we paid. I kindly advise against visiting this artist, as her primary concern seems to be financial gain rather than customer satisfaction. She disregards client preferences and does not take responsibility for her mistakes. It would be a waste of time and money to seek her services.
I have been going to Charlie for over 30 years and I continue to get compliments everywhere I go. He is talented , professional and has a passion for styling hair that is contagious. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel that the staff cares and will go that extra bit to accommodate all your needs.
