My husband and I got a duvet for Christmas, unfortunately it was a little too heavy and warm for our liking, and I was so upset because it was so comfy, I wanted to like it so bad, but was just way to hot at night. I didn't think I could return/exchange it and didn't have the money to buy a new one, till I read on their website they can adjust your duvet and make it the weight you want. I emailed right away and the representative was super helpful and such an easy process. I was so happy I was able to get the weight I wanted for only $20 instead of having to completely buy a new one.
We are really hot sleepers at night so we opted for the summer weight, and it is perfect!… read full review
