After several months of blind dysfunction (roller string was skipping - heavy wood blinds), I finally set aside the time to remove and take them over to our nearest store (Dufferin & Ranee). Window treatments are not in my wheelhouse and having things repaired is not under the fun category, even with the warranty.
I met Puneet Srivastava and his team of consultants, Pranti & Mackenzie. They had me set up and out within 10 minutes. I had a faded receipt from 1999 with old dot matrix printers on thin roller sheets. Needless to say, they don't produce these types of blinds anymore and their computer data system didn't have any pre-2000 records, at least in my case.

We visited the store three times while deciding what we wanted, and each time, Pranti was so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She really took the time to understand our needs and made great suggestions based on our preferences.
On our last visit, we met the Store Manager, Puneet, who was equally fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible deal — saving us even more than expected!
