Axon's website is really easy to use and booking online was simple. My chiropractor Perrin, was super patient, thoughtful, and professional throughout the process. My massage therapist Sharon was great too—really caring, attentive, and professional. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!
I only had one appointment with Dr. Perrin Yiu because my insurance benefits time ran out for the year but I still wanted to leave a review because I had a really positive experience.
I have a pretty complicated history, and Perrin took the time to actually listen without making me feel rushed. Even when I brought up things that were outside of chiropractic care, he still listened, offered reassurance, and gave me some helpful suggestions based on his experience. One recommendation he made was to try traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture, which wasn't something I had considered before.
