You came to my rescue last year in a down pour after our home had been damaged by a tree falling on our roof! No other emergency crews from other companies even responded but you came as promised and sealed the puncture holes in our roof , then followed up with a full repair after the rain! ARR did a great job in replacing our (large and steep) roof - great scheduling, they were on time, they cleaned up after every day. We have an old house and had some concerns about the new skylight they installed - they bent over backwards to make sure the installation was the highest quality and they continued to follow-up until we were completely satisfied.

We have used ARR numerous times, with the last instance being about 2 years ago. They replaced a skylight which started to leak. Dealing with Kas was a pleasure and resulted in them getting the manufacturer of the skylight to offer a replacement and ARR replacing it at no cost. Thats standing behind their products & services! Well done Kas & ARR.
