Always an excellent experience. From the moment I walk in, the staff is friendly, professional, and very transparent about the work that needed to be done. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me a fair estimate with no hidden surprises.

I have been using Tier 1 since it was Adam's service center. Pertab has picked up where I left off with Tim and Grant. Scott is very knowledgeable and friendly (as always!). These guys are honest and don't beat around the bush. Highly recommend.
