Lagois Design-Build-Renovate
“We had a great experience working with Lagois and its owner, Jacob. From the moment he came to our home, he really took the time to listen and understand exactly what we were looking for before offering any suggestions. That level of care and attention made a big difference.
Jacob was incredibly accommodating, even meeting with us after hours, which we truly appreciated. He approached the conversation in a very genuine, human way—never rushed, always thoughtful—and took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. His honesty and transparency stood out, and it made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the discussion.
I also really appreciated that their process includes a clear, structured approach before construction even begins. They walk you through a three-step process that sets expectations early on, and they are very upfront about pricing and timelines—nothing feels like a surprise with Lagois.
If you’re looking for a design-build company that values communication, professionalism, and a personalized approach, I would highly recommend Lagois.”
