Apologies in advance for the long-winded review, but we can’t say enough good things about First Place Renovations.We called Jim in June 2022 because we were looking to get our basement finished. We talked with a few contractors, but nothing beat our interactions with Jim and how we felt- he was incredibly responsive, super informative, and really fair with his pricing.He was able to fit us into their schedule for October and the work started on time. Jim and Tash have helped us with lots of renos in our condos. Cost and time estimates are communicated clearly, great ideas are provided and work is top-notch! Jim is very knowledgeable and has great vision. Tash is a great help on projects with her decorator's eye and her accurate noting of important details. We will continue to use First Place Renovations for future projects and never hesitate to recommend them.
