Lovely studio, with even lovelier people. Studio is clean and pleasant, and classes are more spiritual in nature than some other (more commercial, workout-focused) studios I've visited over the years. Fantastic teachers; I can't recommend Natalie's Saturday morning "gentle yoga" class enough! I've had to take a break for personal reasons, but hope to return one day. North Bay is fortunate to have this ? of a place!

If you are going to do yoga in North Bay this is the place to go. I have been attending Rob's class every week for 17 years (!) and I still get something out of it each time. Rob has been teaching for 2 decades and truly an expert teacher. I have gone to other teachers in the area when the studio is closed for holidays as well as visiting other studios when I travel and I have honestly never had a better teacher. Thanks Rob!!!

I’ve been practicing yoga for 10+ years, and Alex’s classes (on Thursday evenings) make me feel strong, powerful, grounded and present. Her transitions between postures are so unique and effortless. You can feel she puts effort into planning every class! I look forward to her slow flow class all week!
