I live in Sturgeon Falls and I have been to two mechanics here and I found that their service doesn't even come close to the quality of service that I get from Trout Lake Auto. They treat me with respect and most importantly they are very honest and dependable. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a reliable mechanic that Trout Lake Auto is the place to go. We broke down in North Bay on Jan 8 and we were heading to Toronto from Charlton. Called and spoke to Jennifer and explained our situation and thankfully they were able to accommodate us. Repaired our vehicle and we were on our way in less than 2 hrs.... amazing service and extremely reasonable price thank you for everything you guys went above and beyond would recommend them to anyone we were so grateful ?

Went in for brakes today and had amazing service. I thought I needed all around brakes but the manager let me know that my back brakes were fine. My car was completed quickly and my bill was less than I expected. I will be a customer for life now.
