I called Total with some work my GMC 3500HD needed and mentioned for refrance that some of the work had already been quoted by them a year earlier. They booked me in quick and also said they would honour the quote from a year ago. The work was completed the day it went in and the truck drove like a dream. On the way home with the truck a service message came up and a couple info screens were wonkey. I called them up, they said drop it off in the morning, after some diagnostics and a sensor tweek off I went with nothing asked from them other than a handshake and a smile.

Had an issue with my diesel, and the guys here were amazing! They were absolutely helpful, honest and great at explaining what was done. They were also kind and patient in answering any questions I had. I will definitely use them again the next time my lemon of a dodge needs it!

We were passing through North Bay when we noticed our motorhome had sprung an oil leak . We went to four repair shops and Total was the only shop that would take the time to have a look. They found the problem it was minor and got the part and repaired it , got us on the road again. Thanks to all the people working there.
