Yesterday’s heavy rain caused our basement to flood at around 2 AM. Our tenants sent us photos and videos showing water coming in and leaks in the washroom. We later found out that our sump pump had completely rusted and failed, leaving it unable to push wastewater out to the drainage system.
I called Reliance four times and was put on an “emergency list,” but no technician ever showed up. As first-time homeowners who don’t live in the area (we’re based in Toronto), the situation was extremely stressful.

We have old copper piping in our basement ceiling that was leaking water into my daughter's room. Mike came over and fixed us up in a jif! He was in and out. It's been a week no problems since! He was fast, efficient, and had very professional presence in his short visit to my home. And he'll be definitely hearing from us again with any future work or issues. Thanks again! Charlene B

I would recommend Mike to anyone who has a plumbing issue. He came when he said he would come and diagnosed the problem very quickly and was able to fix it. He is also quiet spoken and instills confidence.
